了解，因為有些學說會刻意下踩，但這樣做好像感覺會過度用力，像是跳箱等增強式，上去的時候就會盡量靜音，之後銜接跑動，感覺真的會變得更輕。
所以其實衝刺跑時，是要快且輕，並不是可以推動，或者後瞪。]]></description>
